Okay, I say that the green warbler finch and the gray warbler finch are closely related. I know they are related because they come from the same immediate branch on the diagram. I can also make an inference that they are closely related because they look identical if it werent for the color difference. I know this diagram shows punctuated equilibrium as this site
can show me after using its information.
My question is what are the three cell layers that form during differentiation called and what do they ultimately become.

The three layers of cells that form during differentiation are the endoderm, mesoderm, and ectoderm. The endoderm becomes the digestive system and reproductive system. The mesoderm becomes the muscles & bones. The ectoderm becomes the skin and nervous system.

What is a plant stomate and what does it do?
A plant stomate is a tiny opening or pore found on the undersides of a plant leaf. They are found in the epidermal tissue. The guard cells surrounding the stomata regulate the opening and closing of it. The stomata is the way the transfer of materials can occur. It transfers CO 2, light and water from the surrounding area into and out of the plant.

There is a great importance of recycling organic matter in an ecosystem. All organisms depend on it. Organic matter is broken down by decomposers which allow the nutrients from the organic matter to make its way back into the food web. If organic matter stopped being recycled, the ecosystem would crumble as a lack of nutrients would not afford for the developing of new heterotrophs and autotrophs. Link

A brain cell knows how to develop into a brain cell because that's just the way it's programed. It came from another brain cell that already started doing brain cell things. The same goes for a heart cell, it's programed that way. I don't really know how good this link is because its kind of difficult to find a website for this question but whatever.

Gel Electrophoresis' can be used to solve crimes and for paternity tests. In solving the crime, a sample of DNA for suspects are placed in the wells to compare with DNA found at the crime scene. For paternity, a childs DNA is run with the possible fathers and the fragments are compared for similarities.

Two things that effect enzyme action is pH and Temperature.

chip says "A brain cell knows how to develop into a brain cell because that's just the way it's programed" True enough, but the reason the "program" is written that way is b/c ONLY CERTAIN GENES ARE ACTIVATED w/in each cell... even thought every cell has all of our chromosomes.

The purpose of restriction enzymes is that it cuts double stranded DNA and protects the cell from cleavage.

We can prove evolution by using fossils, and comparing bone structures of different species. We can also compare pictures or anatomies of species that may look different today than they did years ago.
