Recycling @ a Price ???
This year, Americans will drink more than 30 billion single-serving bottles of water. Less than 30% of these empty bottles will make it to a recycling bin. Deposit bottle programs are presently used to, and are very effective at reducing litter and "inspiring" recycling participation. Single serve water bottles are the second most used type of PET plastic bottle after soda bottles, and the number is on the rise.
