December First is World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is observed every year on December 1st. The World Health Organization established World AIDS Day in 1988. World AIDS Day provides governments, national AIDS programs, faith organizations, community organizations, and individuals with an opportunity to raise awareness and focus attention on the global AIDS pandemic.
As members of an international community we should be aware of prevention, treatment, needs, and education of people living with HIV AIDS on many levels. Below are four different demographic groups that we should take into account on World AIDS Day. Respond to the question(s) within each heading.
Global
