My carbon footprint is 8.9 tons of CO2 eq/year. My carbon footprint compared to the world is 3.4 tons of CO2 more. Compared to the US my carbon footprint is 18.1 tons of CO2 less.

My opinion of the technique, “ocean fertilization” is that its a great idea. Though I think they should experiment this in labs more and get more of a understanding of it before putting millions to billions of dollars in it.

One fact I can do to prevent the amount of CO2 you produce each year is Move your thermostat down 2° in winter and up 2° in summer.

I think that ocean fertilization is great if it works because it will rid the atmosphere of CO2 withouth harming anyone or thing in the process, but I am also doubtful of it too because I wonder where that number of Phytoplankton would be available to conduct such a project.

I do not agree with "Ocean Fertilization." I think it is a wierd idea and it will probably not be that effective. If you have to add extra CO2 into the ocean in order to get rid of some, it is not really solving the problem. They will need to kill a lot of plankton to cover the CO2 in the ocean also. I think it is a lot of money that will be waisted on trying out the experiment that may not even be helpful.
