Stem Cells
The usage of stem cells in effort to find a cure for cancer, Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease has been controversial. Read about the methods of obtaining stem cells.
A new technique that can create brain cells from skin cells has recently been discovered by a team of scientist in Stanford University CA. That would allow researchers to bypass the use of stem cells in developing treatments.
