Genetic Modification

Recently, scientists have "created" new types of food. They began with crossing two species of plants and creating a whole new thing, but that has developed into actually changing the DNA of an organism. This is known as genetic modification or gene splicing, and the plants are called GM crops. The most common two foods that are modified are corn and soybeans, but there are many more. Some people believe that it is perfectly safe, and nothing can go wrong. Others say that there can be long term effects that can harm the human body if the food is ingested.

  4. Is it ethical?
  5. At what point (if any) is it enough?
  6. Supply a link that supports your opinion.
